Lila Siering
Marketing Specialist
Lila is a graduate of Knox College where she majored in creative writing, double minored in studio art and philosophy, and recently received her B.A. in June of 2023. Writing has been Lila’s passion for as long as she’s been able to pick up a pencil, and she is more than thrilled to have found a job where she can utilize and fine-tune these skills. In her last year of college, Lila worked for one of Knox’s literary magazines, Cellar Door, as an Art Editor. After graduating in June, she worked as a copywriter intern for three months before eventually finding her way to us.
“Finding paid work as a recent college grad, brand new to the “real” world, was a little stressful and intimidating, especially in such a competitive field,” she states. “It has been such a relief to have found a fun, enjoyable job with flexible hours and wonderful coworkers.”
Lila has worked in hospitality, publishing, and a little bit of Law, but advertising is an entirely new avenue she can’t wait to fully explore and eventually master. When she isn’t at work, Lila can be found doodling in her sketchbook, writing fantasy-horror fiction novels, or hanging out with her two fat cats and five (yes, five) tarantulas at her home in rural New Boston.

GREY ALLISON
Marketing Specialist
Grey Allison, Marketing Specialist, is an internationally published artist and writer with a B.F.A. in Sequential Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design. This unique major provided her with skills spanning creative writing, comic art, storyboarding, branding, and self-promotion. Her specialty is weaving content into a narrative structure. “Humans crave storytelling,” she asserts. “Sharing our experiences, and hearing others, is how we form connections.”
Following graduation, Grey moved to Portland, Oregon. As a member of the comic art collective Helioscope Studio, she contributed to iconic titles like Flash Gordon and Daredevil. Her versatile skillset attracted clients such as Dark Horse Comics, Amazon, and the United Nations. A particularly fun project saw Grey illustrating public submissions to General Electric for the 2014 National Inventor’s Day. She received a prompt from comedian Jimmy Fallon, and the resulting artwork was featured on The Tonight Show.
Grey returned to her hometown of Davenport in 2016. After working from her home studio for seven years, she was ready for a change. “It was a convenient schedule and terrific commute,” she quips, “But it got lonely. I missed the energy and camaraderie of a shared workspace.”
Grey currently resides near the Village of East Davenport with her partner and three spoiled housecats. She continues to work on comics, but always has time for an indie horror movie or D&D night with friends.
